We understand that sometimes, things just don’t fit.  Returning and exchanging your items should be a simple and easy process. If you’re happy, we are happy.  If you are unsatisfied with any BioAthlete purchase, we want to know about it and we want to help. We will be more than happy to exchange or offer a full refund on all online orders with 30 days of purchase.

We offer free exchanges and returns for UAE orders only.
Please note that shipping on international returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.
Items that are on sale, are purchased on sale and thus we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange.

Please note, in order to prevent any delay in your exchange, kindly include a note with your order number as well as the item/s and size/s you’d like us to return back to you.  This will help speed up our exchange.

Please also note, Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with.

BioAthlete will allow all items per order to be returned once. Items after the first return or exchange are then considered the final sale.

Faulty or damaged items can only be returned to the BioAthletes online store if they were purchased from the online store.

If you purchase through a retailer, then garments must be returned to that retailer directly.

Gift Cards are sent via email and are an online voucher redeemable on, only.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be refunded.

All items bought on discounts are considered the final sale.

If your item is returned to us in a condition dissimilar to that in which it was sent to you, we will not be able to accept it.

  • Visible stains or wear marks
  • No packaging or proof of purchase
  • Washed or wrinkled
  • Garment Labels (inside seam) no longer attached

Shipping within the United Arab Emirates – we ship most orders by courier 3-Day Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please email.

International Shipping – all international shipments will also ship through courier. International shipments can take up to 14 business days, excluding holidays. Courier tracking usually stops once the package has left the UAE. Packages continue to their destination, but sometimes the package will look like it is “stuck” in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations, the package will show “delivered”, but all that means is that it has arrived at the local carrier and should be out for delivery within a day or two.
